THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Creative Marketing Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our brand’s visual identity and marketing efforts across various platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Graphic Design & Ad Creative:
    • Develop and design compelling ad creative for digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Marketing Collateral Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing & sales team to design and produce high-quality materials that support sales initiatives, product launches, and brand messaging.
    • Maintain and update a library of design assets for use across various marketing channels.
  • Website Design & Optimization:
    • Create website graphics, banners, and visual content to enhance user experience and engagement.
    • Work closely with the web development team to ensure website visuals are optimized for performance, usability, and aesthetics.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates through design enhancements.
  • Conference & Event Planning:
    • Design and produce event materials, including signage, booth graphics, presentations, and promotional items, to ensure a cohesive brand presence at conferences and events.
    • Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring all creative aspects are aligned with overall event goals.
  • Brand Management:
    • Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand standards and contribute to a consistent and recognizable brand image across all channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including ad creative, marketing collateral, and website graphics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, project management software).
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the ad tech or retail media industry is a plus.
